While we aim for accuracy and fairness, our systems may occasionally fail to detect eligibility, track interactions correctly, or process a reward due to technical issues, delays, or platform errors. Ring2Poll is not liable for missed rewards, failed recharge processing, or technical failures affecting reward qualification.

Ring2Poll reserves the sole and absolute right to cancel, modify, withhold, suspend, or revoke any reward or recharge at any time, with or without prior notice and without the obligation to provide an explanation.

All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for physical cash or any alternate monetary benefit.

You must not misuse the platform, create fake identities, attempt multiple fraudulent submissions, interfere with surveys, manipulate results, reverse engineer our systems, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, bot, or connected services.

We may suspend or restrict access to any user account, interaction, survey participation, or platform feature if we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, abuse, or a policy violation has occurred.

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of Ring2Poll, including surveys, bots, reward systems, or website features, at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or constant access to the platform.

Ring2Poll shall not be held responsible for any loss, failed reward, recharge issue, technical glitch, survey interruption, data inconsistency, or perceived bias resulting from the use of our bot, website, survey engine, or web core.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring2Poll Analytics Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
